The course conveys the theoretical basics of the Enterprise Resource Planning approach in a clear and understandable way for laypersons. The importance and role of an ERP system within a company and in the supply chain with additional modules and subsystems is explained.
Important terminology is clarified for a common understanding and the underestimated requirements that an ERP system places on the people involved in an implementation are revealed. Many examples from implementation projects supplement the theory.
In interactive exercises, you will learn about the relationships between APplus, typical company structures, business processes and departmental tasks with responsibilities, practicing on the basis of the requirements of an ERP system in practice. “Basic ERP knowledge” is the ideal basis for all further APplus training courses.
