You have sold and delivered a system, machine or product and the customer wants a change or a maintenance-related replacement of individual parts? Now the question arises: which parts have been installed, have they already undergone modifications and where can I find the corresponding descriptions and documentation?

A so-called “digital information twin“, the life cycle file of a machine or product, bundles all relevant information in one central location. Product data and documents are brought together in digital files on a customer or project-specific basis over the entire life cycle. The delivered machine or product is thus mapped as a digital information twin.
