A machine delivered a few years ago is defective. The customer contacts us and the service process is recorded. The problem can only be solved on site by a technician. A service offer is made to the customer, which he confirms. A look at the database shows that, in addition to the defective appliance, regular maintenance could also be carried out on another machine in the vicinity of the location. After making an appointment, the service technician is scheduled and informed via his SCS app. Both service processes, including reports and material bookings, are carried out on site using a mobile device. The result is automatically sent back to APplus. The office staff can now create the invoice.
