Well, perhaps not one hundred and ten percent right from the start, but it doesn&#8217;t have to. There are extremely <strong>different product philosophies<\/strong> on the market, some of which are more customer-friendly than others. You should pay attention to the following factors:<\/p>\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Wide range of functions as standard<\/h4>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">There are ERP systems that offer a wide range of functions out of the box and in which <strong>all important core processes are already predefined <\/strong>. Only with such a solution can a lean, fast and cost-effective ERP implementation on a standard basis succeed. It is important that the system <strong>has a modular structure<\/strong> so that you can expand the standard later if required.    <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">On <strong>the other hand, there are modular systems<\/strong> with which you first have to configure the processes. This configuration is incredibly <strong>time-consuming and requires a great deal of expertise<\/strong>. It goes without saying that this effort ultimately costs time, resources and money.  <\/p>\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Process-oriented system<\/h4>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Many ERP systems are still offered that only support <strong>function-oriented use<\/strong>. The user interface of such data-centric solutions is usually <strong>extremely complex<\/strong>, as it is overloaded with many buttons and input fields. This is neither user-friendly nor up-to-date.  <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ideally, a modern ERP system offers a process-oriented <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.applus-erp.de\/wissen\/erp-anbieterauswahl\/blog-prozessfokus-im-erp-darum-ist-er-fuer-sie-so-wichtig\/\" data-type=\"blog\" data-id=\"103086\">process-oriented view and functionality<\/a><\/strong>. Overloaded user interfaces are replaced by <strong>predefined workflows<\/strong> that guide users step by step through their tasks. As a result, standard processes run quickly and error-free.   <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>As a result, the amount of work and time required is reduced, which is reflected not least in lower operating costs.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Integration capability<\/h4>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">An ERP system should make a company&#8217;s processes more efficient. This is only possible if the ERP solution is <strong>optimally integrated into your existing system landscape<\/strong> and data exchange functions smoothly. Although applying for state funding initially involves a lot of bureaucracy, <strong>the effort pays off in the end<\/strong>.
