By 2030, emissions are to be at least 55% below the 1990 level. In December, the German government set ambitious targets for the expansion <strong>of solar energy<\/strong>. As a result, Thuringia, for example, has resumed funding for corresponding systems in 2021. In August 2020, the so-called PV cap &#8211; i.e. the limit on the feed-in tariff for correspondingly generated electricity &#8211; was lifted.    <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"block-850d785a-4d76-4402-adb5-fef48539d3f1\">The demand for solar systems and solar parks is booming. In addition to private individuals, more and more companies are also looking for corresponding options for electricity production. Suppliers have to cope with <strong>rapidly growing demand <\/strong>. An intelligent Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solution supports companies in the <strong>planning of solar plants and parks<\/strong>. id=\"block-01e18022-9100-4965-b6f0-c733e062a546\">The English acronym ERP is commonly translated into German as &#8220;solution for planning company resources&#8221;. It is a bundle of applications with which you <g id=\"gid_0\">control all processes in your company<\/g>. You can compare it to the cockpit of an airplane &#8211; you have all the data and setting options in front of you at a glance.  <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"block-d454e299-8ae7-4f19-9e2d-17aa4785aa37\">The tasks that an ERP solution handles are correspondingly complex. This is why data from other systems is often integrated. An ERP usually has the following functions:  <\/p>\n\n<ul id=\"block-cb561b86-bb7d-4e48-9034-2d7f7557f812\" class=\"bullet-list wp-block-list\">\n<li>Determination of <strong>capacities<\/strong> in the areas of production, personnel, materials and finance<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Planning the <strong>professional use of<\/strong> these resources<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Monitoring of processes<\/strong> (for example, is production fast enough?)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Assistance<\/strong> for customers (for example, they can use an interface to find out how quickly a particular product is available)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Suggestions for <strong>optimization options<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Automation<\/strong> of processes that previously had to be carried out manually<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"block-d9fb6662-2bd3-4a24-9424-0a646701618b\">These features are fundamental components of an ERP system. In addition, the solution is usually supplemented with <a href=\"\/wissen\/erp-technologie\/blog-anwendungsfaelle-ki-erp-systeme\/\" class=\"rank-math-link\">artificial intelligence<\/a> and designed to be as intuitive as possible. The complexity of the use cases should not have a negative impact on the <a href=\"\/wissen\/usability\/blog-was-usability-von-erp-systemen-wirklich-bringt-ihre-vorteile-auf-einen-blick\/\" class=\"rank-math-link\">user experience<\/a>.  <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"block-4bd836fe-8cad-4c64-91d4-612f137756e8\"><strong>ERP data as the basis for planning solar systems<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"block-a4d65f84-f20c-47e1-a94b-222df96081d9\">When planning and selling solar systems, the kilowatt hours of electricity generated are the <strong>basis for calculation<\/strong>. Reliable values are essential in order to create a suitable offer. These include, for example  <\/p>\n\n<ul id=\"block-1deb8e63-69f1-483c-8ab1-30ae7a5eac88\" class=\"bullet-list wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>How much electricity<\/strong> is currently being consumed or is to be generated?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>What <strong>space<\/strong> is available?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>What is the optimum <strong>system size<\/strong>?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>How big does an emergency <strong>storage unit<\/strong> need to be?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Where is there <strong>potential for savings<\/strong>?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>What <strong>requirements<\/strong> must the system meet?
