Sie ist ein unverzichtbares Instrument f\u00fcr <a href=\"\/?page_id=832\" class=\"rank-math-link\">produzierende Unternehmen<\/a>. Ihr Ziel ist es, den gesamten Produktionsablauf m\u00f6glichst effizient und reibungslos zu gestalten. Dabei wird die PPS in der Regel von einem computergest\u00fctzten PPS-System unterst\u00fctzt. Heutzutage findet die <a href=\"\/loesungen\/erp-funktionsbereiche\/\/pps\/\" class=\"rank-math-link\">Produktionsplanung und Produktionssteuerung mit dem ERP-System<\/a> statt. Aus geschichtlicher Sicht kann sie jedoch als Vorg\u00e4nger moderner ERP-Systeme betrachtet werden.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading h2\" id=\"faq_erp_ratgeber\">Attivit\u00e0 di pianificazione e controllo della produzione<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><a href=\"\/?page_id=832\" class=\"rank-math-link\">Produktionsplanung und -steuerung<\/a> setzt sich aus zwei gro\u00dfen Teilbereichen zusammen. Die Aufgabe der Produktionsplanung ist die kurz- und mittelfristige Vorausplanung von Fertigungsvorg\u00e4ngen. Die geplanten Fertigungsauftr\u00e4ge werden von der Produktionssteuerung freigegeben, koordiniert und kontrolliert. Zu den Aufgabenbereichen der PPS geh\u00f6ren unter anderem:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"bullet-list\"><li><strong>Pianificazione del programma di produzione<\/strong><\/li>Quest&#8217;area di responsabilit\u00e0 comprende la creazione del programma di produzione dell&#8217;azienda sulla base delle previsioni di vendita. Fornisce informazioni sulla quantit\u00e0 di beni e merci da produrre per ogni periodo di pianificazione e, di conseguenza, determina il fabbisogno primario dell&#8217;azienda. <\/ul>\n\n<ul class=\"bullet-list\"><li><strong>Pianificazione dei requisiti<\/strong><\/li>Qui vengono determinate le quantit\u00e0 di materie prime e di singoli pezzi necessari per la produzione dei requisiti primari. Si parla di requisiti secondari. Gli ordini di produzione corrispondenti vengono creati sulla base di questi elenchi di pezzi.  <\/ul>\n\n<ul class=\"bullet-list\"><li><strong>Pianificazione della capacit\u00e0 e della programmazione<\/strong><\/li>In questa fase, il processo di produzione viene programmato in modo approssimativo e ci si assicura che le risorse necessarie, come i dipendenti o le attrezzature, siano disponibili. Gli ordini vengono poi inoltrati al controllo di produzione. <\/ul>\n\n<ul class=\"bullet-list\"><li><strong>Controllo della produzione<\/strong><\/li>Dopo il controllo, gli ordini di produzione vengono rilasciati. Una programmazione dettagliata assegna ordini specifici a macchine, attrezzature e dipendenti. Durante il processo di produzione, la produzione fornisce informazioni sullo stato attuale degli ordini. Questo pu\u00f2 avvenire tramite un sistema di acquisizione dei dati di produzione. Il controllo della produzione monitora i progressi e verifica se il piano di produzione viene rispettato, ad esempio in termini di quantit\u00e0 e scadenze. Le aziende di produzione con tempi di produzione e di consegna ridotti fanno particolare affidamento su un coordinamento efficiente dell&#8217;elaborazione degli ordini.
