Karlsruhe, September 18, 2026 – How can companies turn digital innovations into real business value? How will the ERP of the future continue to evolve, and what benefits will it bring? And what role will increasingly powerful artificial intelligence play in this? Answers to questions like these will be provided at this year’s “Vision Days,” the major customer conference hosted by ERP specialist Asseco Solutions. On September 22 and 23, the VILCO in Bad Vilbel near Frankfurt will be transformed into a cinematic setting under the theme “Spotlight on Success.” There, guests can look forward to a diverse lineup of keynotes, technical presentations, and numerous opportunities to network with other customers, partners, and product experts.
The current global economic situation is putting companies under immense pressure. What does successful entrepreneurship look like in these times? As the CEO of a company that specializes in handling pressure, Adrian Steiner knows exactly what he’s talking about. In his opening keynote, the CEO of Thermoplan, the Swiss specialist in fully automatic coffee machines, offers fascinating insights into the business practices of a global player. His company doesn’t just talk about digital transformation—it lives and breathes it—and has been operating successfully in the market for years as a result.
Asseco board members Markus Haller and Ralf Bachthaler will then build on these insights in their keynote address, linking them to the current state of technological development: How must the ERP world evolve to keep pace with the current rate of innovation and create tangible added value for companies? The two will provide concrete insights into the future of ERP and demonstrate why transformation is not an end in itself, but rather the central prerequisite for operational effectiveness and competitiveness.
The informative conference program will then delve deeper into what these future outlooks mean in practice and for APplus in particular. A top-notch lineup of experts from Asseco, customers, and partners will address these questions in detail. Among other things, participants will gain insights into the latest developments in areas such as document management, e-invoicing, BI, security, mobility, and finance. Another key focus will be the latest generation of APplus, which will be unveiled exclusively during the Vision Days. Finally, the theoretical content is reinforced by numerous practical customer presentations that provide insights into their real-world use of APplus, share best practices, and thus offer inspiration for participants’ own digitalization strategies.
And the winner is…

A special highlight awaits participants at the end of the first day of the conference: The new “APplus Flow of the Year” award shines a spotlight on the innovation of Asseco’s customers. Even before the event, participants had the opportunity to submit particularly innovative, complex, or exciting use cases that were implemented in practice as process-oriented APplus Flows. The winner of the award will be announced live at the Vision Days. In any case, the audience comes out on top: they’ll gain plenty of new ideas for innovative ways to use Flows.
After-Show Party at VILCO
Immediately following the first day of the conference, the VILCO is transformed into the venue for the big after-conference party: Here, guests will have the opportunity to reflect on the day’s experiences in a cinematic atmosphere over dinner and drinks and to exchange ideas with other participants, partners, or the Asseco team. The system is designed to be industry-agnostic, incorporating only company-specific features that provide a clear competitive advantage through customizations. The live launch is scheduled for Q1 2028.
