You make the switch. We handle the technical migration. Processes, roles, and permissions remain unchanged.
How secure is our data when AI processes it?
Your data remains within your APplus environment. When AI components process data, we provide transparent information about how and to what extent this occurs. This is always done in compliance with the GDPR and in an anonymized manner. For details, please refer to the Technical Description of Outbound Online Access (DE).
What happens to my current version when support ends?
Once active support ends, you will no longer receive security updates. If you plan your transition in advance, you can keep your operations up to date and protected. You can find an overview of the maintenance levels on our website.
How much work will the switch entail for us?
That depends on your current environment. During an update review, we’ll work with you to analyze what lies ahead, including a timeline, milestones, and a detailed quote. If you’re still using APplus 7, 8, or 9 without APplus Premium or with the original extended maintenance contract, you’ll also benefit from our special promotions. Please contact us.
