With APplus, you have all the information you need at your fingertips at all times - no matter where you are working from. Our solution offers you continuous processes from the ERP system to the mobile service provider and back again.
Functions such as mobile time recording via app (staff and project times) allow you to complete projects on-site at the customer's premises without having to rework at a later date. Travel expense accounting can also be carried out on the move, so time-consuming double data entry is no longer necessary.
Intelligent technology for your service processes - with our innovative Industry 4.0 module, we offer you the possibility to connect machines or plants to the cloud. This way, operating data can be continuously analysed and maintenance appointments can be carried out before a machine actually comes to a standstill.
The planning of service appointments also becomes smart with APplus: Features such as required certifications can be included in the personnel planning. At the customer appointment on site, the service technician has access to all relevant information at all times and is also able to document operating times, material consumption and other information directly during the appointment.
Maintenance contracts with any term and due date can also be conveniently created and mapped in APplus. Corresponding invoices can be created directly from the contract. APplus also offers a standard process for regular price increases: for example, users can configure the maintenance costs to be increased by a certain percentage every three years without any manual effort being required.
