With its management system of the same name, our solution partner IMS provides a powerful overview of key figures, combined with process management that takes resources and areas of responsibility into account. APplus customers benefit from the stringently functional concept and direct integration into our ERP system. Controlling and analyses for the continuous improvement of your business processes are highly efficient. With its intuitive user guidance, IMS incorporates targets and strategies as well as risks and balanced scorecards into the transparent overview of key figures.
The solution has a particular strength: it maps the organizational structures and processes of medium-sized companies. This allows managers to assign the key figures determined to specific departments, resources, areas of responsibility and dependent processes via hyperlinks and drop-downs – and control them directly. Processes can also be mapped flexibly, modelled with easy-to-use tools and optimized effectively.

OLAP analysis
With the help of OLAP analysis (Online Analytical Processing), our ERP system collects data from a wide variety of sources and uses it to generate company-relevant management information. Data aggregation, combined with the shortest possible response time for queries, is an important prerequisite for OLAP.
The conceivably easy operation does the rest: analyses can be carried out in APplus using predefined OLAP cubes and designed according to personal requirements. The ERP system also offers you the option of creating your own cubes.
APplus OLAP offers a wide range of options for graphical analysis and print functions. Pivot and bar charts are available as well as pivot tables including the display and hiding of details.
If the evaluation is to be transferred to Excel, all you need to do is press a button. If necessary, you can make changes to the tables. Once the evaluations have been configured to your specific requirements, they are saved in their final form. They can then be recreated at any time with the latest data for monthly evaluations, etc.
