Karlsruhe, 12.09.2024 - How will the ERP world change in the age of generative artificial intelligence? How can companies use efficient digitalization to lay the foundations for success in the ongoing volatile economic situation? And what new functions will APplus support its users with in the future? Topics such as these are the focus of this year's “Vision Days”, the major customer event organized by Karlsruhe-based ERP specialist Asseco Solutions. Under the motto “Festival of Innovation”, the more than 600 registered guests can expect an extensive line-up of informative specialist presentations and ample opportunities to exchange ideas with other users, product experts and thought leaders on innovative future technology on September 24 and 25 in the Gartenhalle in Karlsruhe.
“The groundbreaking innovations brought about by generative AI and large language models have triggered a veritable earthquake in the IT industry - and rightly so,” emphasizes Markus Haller, CEO and CTO of Asseco Solutions. “We will soon see new applications and benefits from the new technology in almost all areas of our daily lives, not least in the context of the world of work. AI will revolutionize existing ways of working in the very near future. This naturally raises many questions for ERP users: How exactly should we imagine the ERP world of the future? What advantages will arise in practice? What preparatory work needs to be done? And how can the protection and confidentiality of sensitive data be ensured despite all the euphoria? At this year's Vision Days, together with our customers and partners, we want to take a look at the intelligent ERP future, which - if I may say so in advance - will not be long in coming.”
Impulses for strategy, know-how for practice
The Vision Days conference program offers extensive expert knowledge on the major future trend of AI, the ERP software APplus and numerous other ERP and digitalization aspects. Panel discussions and practical topics such as security, sustainability, updates, e-commerce, funding opportunities for digitalization projects, ERP internationalization, international projects, EDI and e-invoices will be the focus of the event. In addition, the Success Stories Lounge offers customers simple opportunities to interact with other APplus users and learn from their best practices. Finally, in the Tech Talk Corner, Asseco experts from the fields of IT, IT security, architecture, system technology and release management will be available to answer individual questions and provide insights into the technical development of APplus.
The wide-ranging conference program opens up new perspectives for participants and provides suggestions for aligning corporate strategy with future requirements, achieving strategic goals, optimizing processes and securing competitive advantages in the long term.
