Service level management
The Service Level Manager is your main contact at Asseco. He supports you in all matters relating to your ERP system.
Together with him, you create an annual plan to reserve resources. Medium and short-term scheduling and resource planning takes place in regular, joint coordination meetings (jour fixe). Our APplusGO cooperation platform serves as a central tool for coordinating and tracking activities and tasks.

1st LEVEL SUPPORT
Outsourcing is not only possible for hardware. With 1st level support for APplus, we take care of your end users. We provide you with the appropriate specialist staff to answer your users’ questions quickly and competently. We ensure that our support is tailored to the requirements of your company.
ADMIN PACKAGES
With the Admin package, you can take the pressure off your internal administration and have their tasks carried out quickly and easily by our experts. This includes, for example, short-term adjustments to forms and dashboards as well as changes to the APplus output control (e.g. e-mail signatures). We also take care of user maintenance and APplus server monitoring.


POTENTIAL ANALYSIS
Are you already using the full potential of APplus? We know from many conversations that there are always companies that only utilize 50-70% of the power of APplus. The reasons for this are usually manifold:
- Features were not needed at launch – but would be helpful now.
- Important information has been lost due to a change of personnel.

DISASTER RECOVERY
Have you ever subjected your IT to a real stress test? What are the consequences of a system failure? Together with our experts, you can find out with a disaster recovery stress test.
This test is usually repeated every two years and also serves to update your documentation.

SUBSTITUTION DURING VACATION OR ILLNESS
Is your internal ERP consultant going on vacation or is scheduled to be absent for an extended period without a suitable replacement? We are happy to support you – on site or remotely. We work with you to plan the scope of our support in advance and prepare a customized offer.
PREPARATION
